We follow roads created by others.
We travel along predestined routes because of ease.
We control everything yet we constrict our limits.
We demand more but settle for less.
What bonds need separation but the ones we entangle ourselves in.
Freedom used to be a dream.
Freedom use to be paramount.
But freedom.. freedom never was a reality.
Bound by the chains of our own society we secede.
We accomplish not of what we dream, but of what we do.
We do not of what we want, but what we are told.
We are bound to chase dreams, but in reality
We only become entangled, thinking of freedom, dreaming.
Chasing life
But never questioning it.
